Ordering Online
The quickest and easiest way to purchase wines is via our online ordering system.

Three easy steps to shopping online:

Step 1:
Browse through the NHFC wine selection. To add wines to your "shopping list" click on the ADD link. The shopping list will automatically appear to the right of the screen when you make your first selection.
Step 2:
For multiple purchases, simply click on the number in the quantity column in the "shopping list" and type the desired amount (per case) into the pop-up window. To remove single cases of wine from the "shopping list", click on the REMOVE link for that wine. A quick way to remove more than one case of any one wine is to click on the number in the quantity column of the shopping list and type 0.
Step 3:
When you are finished shopping, proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to enter your credit card and shipping details into the secure online order form. Shipping will be added during the Checkout process. Payment is via credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Secure Shopping
Credit card transactions are processed through our secure payment gateway. NHFC Wines uses PayPal, which offers 1024 bit encryption to provide a secure transaction environment for online credit card transactions. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is used throughout the checkout process. You can also double-check the security of your connection by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https." NHFC do not store your credit card details and they are automatically deleted from the Internet Server once your order is processed.

Alternative Order Methods
If you do not want to submit your order via our online PayPal order system, you can use our website form, or the printable order form to place your order offline. Download and print the order form, fill in your order details, then fax or mail orders to:

Liquor Act 1982
It is an offence to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Persons ordering alcoholic beverages online must be over 18 years of age.

GST
All pricing is inclusive of GST. All prices shown on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Availability
Please understand wine is available while stocks last and may be subject to change. In the event that we have sold out prior to your transaction, we will contact you to arrange an alternative order or refund your money.

Delivery & Freight Rates
VIEW AUSTRALIAN FREIGHT RATES
All wine orders are delivered via Australia Post and can be delivered to any nominated address, including Post Office boxes Monday to Friday. Freight charges are additional and calculated at Checkout. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box directing you to collect your order at the local Post Office. Delivery will need to be signed for and identification is required. Deliveries to capital cities are within 5 - 7 working days. Other areas (including Northern Territory and Western Australia) may take up to 12 working days. For outlying areas, delivery will be to the nearest Australia Post depot. Please provide a Business Hours address and contact details. Please note that deliveries cannot be made on public holidays.

Packaging
Standard Australia Post packaging using durable cardboard boxes is used for all deliveries.

Insurance
All orders are insured against physical loss and damage whilst in transit (to a maximum of $250 at cost). Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your delivery.

Returns Policy
During transit, if some or all bottles have been broken, corked, oxidised, or are not of merchantable quality upon arrival, please contact us immediately. You can return the whole case for a refund or replacement. NHFC Wines will pay for the return freight. All wines must be returned in their original packaging. Please carefully unpack and check your wines upon receipt and ensure that all original packaging is retained in case you need to return any.
