A sparkling blend of 68% chardonnay and 32% pinot noir, TRV is a bright mid-straw colour with creamy mousse and fine, lively bead.

Zesty Granny Smith apple and lemon citrus aromas are layered with bready, yeast complexity. Very fresh, aromatic and appealing, TRV is soft and mouthfilling. There are apple, grapefruit and lemon flavours from the chardonnay component and just a touch of strawberry from the pinot noir. Attractive yeast autolysis flavours are showing through on the mid-palate and the finish is crisp and clean with excellent persistence of flavour and an overall impression of softness.

It is a sparkling not just for a celebration but to enjoy with a platter of fresh Tasmanian seafood such as oysters, scallops and crayfish.

This is a full, rich sparkling style that is soft and creamy on the front of the palate while retaining a dry, crisp finish with fine, well integrated lemon/citrus flavours.
